Paella is the perfect summer evening meal that reminds me of being in sunny Spain, sipping cocktails & catching a tan. My family loves it so much that we decided to buy a paella pan & ring in Spain & bring them back to the UK so that we can enjoy it all summer long!
One of the amazing things about paella is that you can add all sorts of ingredients into the mix. Fish, meat, vegetables or all of the above...
